A Natura Siberica Pamper Session & A Giveaway For You!

A Natura Siberica Pamper Session - Oblepikha Siberica Shampoo & Conditioner, Oblepikha Siberica Hair Mask, Oplepikha & Honey Body Scrub, Face Scrub & Face MaskWho doesn’t need a pamper session every now and again? I know I always like to break out the good stuff and dedicate a night once a week to treating myself. Particularly as the weather cools down and everyone starts feeling a little eh. Normally for me, it’s Sunday night. I come home from work and get my pamper on – hair masks, face masks, the whole thing. Every time it leaves me refreshed, revitalised and ready to start the new week!

I’ve been using Natura Siberica for quite a while now. Over the past year, I’ve tried a bunch of their products and I’ve been very impressed. So today, I’ve teamed up with them to give you a look at some of the products I love reaching for in my wintertime pamper sessions. Natura Siberica products are all organic and based on herbs and other ingredients found in Siberia.

At first, I wasn’t entirely sure what to think of the scent of the Oblepikha Siberica range but lately, I’ve fallen in love. The herbal, slightly sweet scent probably won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but I find it makes me feel really energised and fresh. The range is free from all kinds of nasties and best of all, is super affordable. Luckily, there’s a small range of stuff available at Chemist Warehouse but the rest of the range is available on the Natura Siberica website.

Of course, every pamper session starts with washing my hair. After a week of relying on dry shampoo, my hair definitely appreciates a little bit of TLC. These two have something called a laminating effect to them, meaning they give the hair a protective layer, perfect for damaged or weak hair. They’re also full of super nourishing ingredients. My hair can always do with a good dose of moisture so I find that after using these two alongside the hair mask, my hair feels softer, smoother and is also a little easier to comb through and style. This shampoo & conditioner combo does a great job of leaving my hair refreshed rather than weighed down, which I love.

We all know that I love using hair treatments and masks in the shower. But this is particularly the case when I’ve dedicated an evening to my pamper ritual. You can use this two ways – as a pre-shower treatment or between shampooing and conditioning. I personally prefer slathering on a thick layer and letting it work it’s magic while I’m cleansing and scrubbing my face in the shower. After rinsing it out, straight away, I can feel how happy my hair is. This is actually my second tub of the stuff because it’s become a bit of a staple for me. I’ve also been a huge fan of their hair oil in the past, to finish off the haircare routine, but don’t have any on hand at the moment!

The next step, of course, is taking care of the body. Particularly in the winter, my legs and arms can start looking pretty dry so I happily scrub away any dead skin before covering myself in moisturiser when I get out of the shower. When it comes to body scrubs, I like them seriously scrubby. So it’s no surprise I get along so well with this one. You only need a little bit of this for it to work it’s magic. Normally, I’ll just grab the first body scrub I see, when I’ve run out, but I’ve been converted. Not only does it get rid of dull, dead skin but the oils in the scrub leaves the skin feeling incredibly hydrated afterwards.

Natura Siberica Exfoliating Facial Scrub*

Facial scrubs are a different story – for facial scrubs, I tend to prefer a gentler formula. That’s why I love this one from Natura Siberica (and have done for ages). This scrub has plenty of ‘scrubbiness’ to it but it’s also quite creamy so it’s not too harsh on the skin. It gets rid of dead skin but doesn’t strip your skin of moisture. You only need the tiniest bit to really leave the skin feeling like new. We all know I’m a fan of chemical exfoliation but there’s nothing quite as good as going to town with a manual exfoliant to leave behind glowing skin. I like to include this in my routine once or twice a week after cleansing.

Natura Siberica Nourishing Facial Mask*

And of course, the final step in my pamper routine is a good old face mask. By Sunday, my skin is often looking dull and dreary so I love to give it a quick injection of nourishment to kick start it heading into a new week. Sometimes, I reach for a clarifying mask but I always like to finish off with a moisturising mask. This lightweight, comfortable mask is just like a souped up moisturiser. It smells beautiful and sweet and after 15 minutes on the skin, it leaves behind happy, hydrated skin. In fact, sometimes I like to even leave it on overnight. I’ll be reaching for this a lot more with Winter coming up now.
