Three Must-Tries from NARS

Three Must-Tries from NARS - NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser, NARS Eyeshadow Duo in Kalahari & St Paul De Vence, NARS Satin Lip Pencil, NARS Matte Lip Pencil

I think we all know by now that I love a little bit of NARS in my makeup collection – there’s so many incredible formulas hidden away in their range and I still feel like there’s so much that I haven’t tried. But I also know that when I was first getting into the brand, I wasn’t sure where to start. I thought maybe I should take you through the top three products that you simply must try out from the brand – the best of the best that (hopefully) won’t let you down.

1 – NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser

For quick, easy, glowy coverage, this is the one for me. Everyone raves about Sheer Glow but I reckon this is the hidden treasure in the NARS lineup. It ticks all the boxes for me – the finish is beautiful on the skin – just the right amount of dewiness. It also provides me with natural but buildable coverage and it’s incredibly easy to apply with a big fluffy brush. It’s well worth trying out, especially if you have normal to dry skin. You can read my full Foundation Files review here.

2 – NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencils

Another cult favourite from the brand and as you can see, my collection of Velvet Matte & Satin Lip Pencils is getting a little out of hand. The formula is matte yet so comfortable and lightweight on the lips and the shade range has just about everything from nudes to bold reds, something for everyone.  My favourites include Sex Machine & Dragon Girl but realistically, the whole shade range is on my wish list. You can check out swatches of my NARS Lip Pencil collection here, too.

3 – NARS Eyeshadow Duos

My final favourite comes in the form of these stunning yet simple eyeshadow duos. There’s plenty of amazing shadows at this price range but there’s something satisfying about the well thought out colour combos that NARS provides. Kalahari is my personal favourite, two bronze-y neutral shades that never fail to make me look put together. But really, there’s a duo there for everyone – compact and perfect for travelling or for simple, no-fuss eye looks.
