Top 10 Makeup Products Under $10 - Savvy CC Powders, Essence Soft Touch Blushes, Essence Mono Eyeshadows, Models Prefer Infinite Colour Eye Pencil, Savvy Clear Brow Gel, Boe Professional Super Shine Lipstick, Maybelline Color Drama Lipstick, Blistex Raspberry Lemonade Blast Lip Balm, Essence Lip Liners, L'Oreal Color Riche Le Vernis Nail PolishThere are plenty of cheap makeup products around the place but the real trouble is finding the ones that are worth your pennies. Who doesn’t love a cheap thrill every once in a while? They’re easy on the bank account but still just new makeup is new makeup – always exciting. I challenged myself to find the ten products I love most in my collection that you can pick up for less than a tenner.

Savvy CC Powder –

The Anti-Redness and Brightening powders from Savvy are reminiscent of the very pricey Guerlain Meteorite powders but for less than a tenner I’m very impressed with these two. The powder is super soft, never cakey so I use them pretty much daily to set my base.

Essence Soft Touch Blushes –

A fool-proof formula – applying subtly at first but easily built up – and there’s a shade in the range to keep anyone and everyone happy, ranging from barely there neutrals to bolder pops of colour.

Essence Mono Eyeshadows –

It’s a similar deal as with the blushes – a generous shade range (including one of my favourite crease shades, Hazel Me Not*) and a no-fuss formula for a pretty awesome price.

Models Prefer Infinite Colour Eye Pencil –

My favourite dark brown liner comes from Models Prefer, it’s such a soft consistency that it glides on effortlessly but once it sets it will not smudge or move around. Perfect for adding smokiness quickly and easily.

Savvy Clear Brow Gel* –

If a clear brow gel keeps my brows in place without feeling crusty or dry, it’s a winner. It’s even more of a success in my books when you can pick it up for just $5.

Maybelline Color Drama Lipstick –

These are some of the best lipsticks Maybelline have brought out, in my opinion (the Colorblur collection comes close, though). The shade range is simple but covers all your bases, with a formula that’s super pigmented, slightly matte without drying out your lips.

Boe Professional Super Shine Lipstick –

Yet another rave about this beauty from Boe Professional. It glides onto the lips, it feels comfortable all day long and the shade? That speaks for itself – mauve-pink perfection.

Essence Lip Liners –

Another Essence product that’s too good to miss, for someone who doesn’t remember to use lip liners a lot, it’s great that I can stock up on a couple of cheap ones that still get the job done so effectively. The wooden pencils are soft, precise but without crumbling.

Blistex Raspberry Lemonade Blast –

This Blistex lip balm has always been one of my favourites, it smells and tastes delicious (like raspberry lemonade – so good) and an application in the morning means my lips feel hydrated all day long.

L’Oreal Color Riche Le Vernis Nail Polish –

A lot of my favourite polishes come from the drugstore but I particularly love the size of these ones – they’re small enough that you actually get proper use out of them before the formula goes gluggy. I also love the thin flat brush and the shade range has something for everyone.

    • Oh yeah, Rimmel polishes are great too! I seem to of cleared all of mine out during one of my attempts at cutting down my polish collection but they do have some beautiful shades!

I love your picks! Maybelline Colour Drama and Essence lip liners, blush and bronzers are staples in my collection. Essence bronzer is fantastic, and I’m pretty sure its also under $10, best of all it smells like coconut!
