Three Face Mists To Try

Three Face Mists To Try - La Roche Posay Serozinc, Musq Cosmetics Rosewater Facial Mist, Mario Badescu Aloe, Herbs & Rosewater Spray

A good face mist should never be underestimated – sometimes they’re exactly what I need to refresh my skin, calm me down or even stop my makeup from looking too powdery or cakey. Each night it’s a bit of a treat to spritz a lovely smelling mist all over the face, waiting a moment for it to soak in or sometimes it’s exactly what I need if my makeup is looking too powdery and cakey. Here are three of my faves.

La Roche Posay Serozinc

Although the others on the list are refreshing and hydrating, this one has a few more claims under it’s belt. I’ve been using this one non-stop since I returned from Europe in January and my skin has been thanking me – less oil in the t-zone, fewer breakouts and overall a less red complexion. If you find your skin getting a little oily, this is definitely one to check out.

There’s nothing quite as good as a spray of rose water to relax me, I like to keep this one on my desk while I’m working – a quick spritz all over the face really calms me down and lets me refocus on what I’m doing whenever I get a little distracted. It leaves the skin feeling super hydrated and looking just a little bit brighter. Needless to say, the aesthetic of the brand’s packaging is seriously on point, too.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs & Rosewater

Another favourite spray with rosewater in the ingredients list, this time from Mario Badescu – my first foray into the brand has definitely left me wanting more. If I’m testing out a skincare product in my nightly routine and I find it leaves my skin feeling a little tight then a few spritzes of this fixes my skin back up, leaving it feeling soothed and calm. I also love how rosewater calms the redness in my skin. Bonus: the super easy price point makes it one of the cheapest skincare bits at Mecca.
