It doesn’t happen often because I’m always on the lookout for new things but every once in a while something comes up that I just can’t live without.

It’s my go-to whenever my skin is feeling a little red or needs a bit of a pick-me-up. My current tube is getting close to squeezing out it’s last few pumps so I made sure that I had a backup ready. I use the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind every day, either in the Brightener or Fair shade. So when I heard they were discontinuing the shades I ran into store and picked up some backups. These are the perfect concealers for me for concealing under my eyes. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Taupe has taken top spot lately in my brow stash. It’s simply the best at creating natural looking brow hairs and the spoolie is so great. I picked up a backup in the U.S. to make sure that I wasn’t without it when my current pencil runs out. It’s no surprise that a new tube of the Maybelline Full n Soft Waterproof Mascara is waiting for me in my drawers, I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve professed my love for it here… Although I don’t always reach for it nowadays, it’s still really awesome for a quick bit of definition on my lower lashes.

I’m very sad that I’m nearly at the end of my bottle of L’Occitane’s Shea Cleansing Oil*. It’s been serving me well whenever I needed a quick and easy way to remove makeup and leave my skin feeling clean and hydrated and it was the only cleanser I took with me when I went to the U.S. for two weeks. My mum and I went in together on an order from L’Occitane so I made sure to stock up. The other skincare repurchase will be no surprise to regular readers, the La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo+ is one of my favourite skincare products of all time so I picked up three tubes of the stuff during the last Priceline skincare sale. I use this every day to keep my skin in check. I mentioned only the other day that there’s a new favourite top coat in my life, the Essence The Gel Nail Polish Top Coat has been keeping my nail polish on my nails for longer and has also upped the shine factor so I thought it was worth grabbing another bottle as I was worried I might not be able to find it when I need it again.
